The Valuers App turns the field inspection into structured digital capture. Every data point — technical nameplate, photograph, verbal observation — enters the system classified and traced, ready to feed the report. No manual transcription, no information loss, no errors in the step from field to office.

Our valuation team documents each asset during the on-site visit. The integrated automatic reading extracts specification nameplates, serial numbers, year of manufacture and power rating. Photographs are geo-referenced, linked to the asset and classified by view (general, detail, nameplate, damage). The condition of the asset is dictated by voice and the observation is structured into normalised report fields.

All the information synchronises in real time with Asset Studio when there is coverage. In an industrial plant with no network — a common case in large-footprint warehouses — the data is encrypted locally and sent automatically when the connection is restored. No information loss, no need to repeat the visit.

Every image is linked to GPS coordinates and an exact date and time. The system automatically classifies photographs by view (general, detail, nameplate) and links them to the corresponding asset.

Offline synchronisation
