Since 2019, professional industrial valuation
Capital Appraisal was founded in 2019 with a clear mission: to bring technical rigour and methodological traceability to the valuation of industrial assets in Spain, under international standards and with proprietary technology.
Founded by a team of industrial engineers and economists from the leading consulting and audit firms, Capital Appraisal specialised from day one in a segment traditionally neglected by the large valuation firms: the productive industrial asset — machinery, production lines, industrial vehicles, logistics buildings, technology equipment and intangible assets.
Over more than 25+ years of experience accumulated by the team, we have valued more than 500.000+ assets for corporate banking, investment funds, insurers, public administrations and industrial companies across every sector. Our reports reach an acceptance rate of 98% on first delivery — the most relevant metric when a bank, an auditor or a court has to validate the valuation.
Today we combine the sector knowledge of our valuation team with Indaxy Technology: a proprietary platform that digitises capture, modelling, market cross-checking and delivery of the signed report. Headquartered in Madrid, with national coverage through valuers in every autonomous community and global reach through alliances with local firms — for when a transaction crosses borders.
